Your Body Language Shapes Who You Are

Amy Cuddy (Social Psycologist) shows how standing in a posture of confidence for around two minutes, even when you don’t feel confident, can positively affect your brain and influence your chances for success.

See this important and revealing video on how you can even fake it until you make it… or even better: Fake it until you become it!

Bodies postures change our minds

Fear: Do You Often Feel Stuck?

“The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek”  -Joseph Campbell

Think for a moment in this quote from Joseph Campbell. All of us have somehow two major elements in our mind:

  1. Something we wish or desire
  2. Something we fear or revere

Let’s ponder on the latter for a moment. Do you have any idea how many times fear have caused many people to back away from the things they really want?

Fear, without any question, is the most destructive emotion that we can be involved in. See de following video to learn about the terror barrier we have and how to deal with it.

Fear: The Number One Thing Stopping You from Achievement and Success *

Perhaps you can’t see how to achieve a higher salary at your job. You find it difficult to get a higher status position. This situation not only makes you feel uncertain about your future, but you also experience further worry because you feel unsure about what to do next.

Regardless of your difficulty, there is one thing keeping you from getting through it, and that is fear. Fear deters you from conquering challenges and creating positive opportunities.

When you mismanage fear, you say things like…

  • “I can’t complete this! It’s too difficult, so I won’t waste time trying.”
  • “Learning a new skill is not for me. Sure, other might people like it – but not me!”
  • “I’m sure (he or she) won’t like me, so I am not even going to bother trying to get to trying.”

Fear of rejection is a powerful force, so you make excuses to justify your decision-making. Now, stop reading and write down bad choices you had in the past, you can look them over and see where fear played a major part in your decision.

Managing fear is not about getting approval or satisfying your ego. It’s not about taking away something from someone else. Fear management is about fulfilling what is best for yourself based on what you feel your intuition is telling you.

If you don’t know how to utilize your fear to your advantage, it will keep you feeling stuck for the rest of your life.

Today you can rediscover how to tune in to your intuition so that you handle fear. When you were young, you were more fearless than you are today. You had increased confidence because social pressures had less influence on you.

This is why you used to be more…

  • Curious. You would ask questions because your inquisitive mind wanted answers.
  • Confident. Starting a new conversation with someone was so easy.
  • Engaged. Learning a new skill and failing was fun – you enjoyed the experience.

It’s never been more important than now to learn how to handle fear. Fear is always present, so it’s something you want to always have an understanding of.

When You Step Into Fear, It Becomes an Adventure

The key to managing fear is to respond to it honestly.

Adventure landscape

When you see fear differently, it is much easier to manage. By “stripping away” fear’s outer coating, you can grasp and use it to your advantage.

You were born with the ability to control and use fear; you just forgot how to use it.

So, you must go deeper into the present and start calling out your fears.

When you put a name to your fears, you are no longer keeping them locked inside. Write them down. Now, it will be easier to let the fears go. You react honestly about your fears, and give them the correct label.

So before managing your fears, you have to say the following with the utmost sincerity:

  • I’m afraid of …telling my boss at work how I feel about the company.”
  • I’m afraid of …learning something new, because I think I’ll fail.
  • I’m afraid of …speaking in public, because I don’t like my voice.”

Once you’ve called out your fears, you can continue on to approaching them in the most grounded, honest, and creative way possible.

To do so, you must move from your “reptilian brain response” — the brain in your head that’s in “flight, fight, and freeze” mode. This brain creates fear because it thinks — it does not feel.

Remember: your intellect originates in the heart before it enters the mind, so tuning into your heart is the purest way to find strength. (see a complete article here

This sounds difficult, but it’s quite easy to do with this ladder method.

Before beginning, imagine you are stepping onto a small ladder, with each step leading you beyond from the problem and toward your intuitively guided resolution.

Then, close your eyes, consider your biggest fear in the moment, and take the first step:

  1. Say aloud to yourself, “AHHHHHH!” Yes, this slightly weird step is necessary because it gets your “reptilian brain” response out of your system.
  2. Take 2 deep breathes (refer to the breathing exercise in the previous lesson for breathing instructions) and imagine yourself taking the first step.
  3. Say aloud to yourself, “OH MYYYYYY!” Again, this is strange, yet important. This gets your emotional response out of your system.
  4. Take 2 deep breathes, before imagining yourself taking the second step.
  5. Say aloud to yourself, “OH NOOOOO!” This eliminates denial.
  6. Take 2 deep breathes, before imagining yourself taking the third step.
  7. Say, “Oh Well!” This step walks us out of denial and into an acceptance, and now detachment response.
  8. Take 2 deep breathes, before imagining yourself taking the fourth step.
  9. Now that you’ve gotten the impulsive reactions out of your system, say to yourself in a clear voice, “Now, what is the solution?”
  10. His final step opens the door to full acceptance of the event and now gives your access to a receptive intuitive response.

Once you become intuitive with this ladder method, you will realize that your ego tones down.

You will find yourself more in control of the situation and the fear attached to it. Please find one more approach on how to master your fears. Watch this video and remember to post your comments below.

Paradigms: Why we believe what we believe…

Beliefs are ingrained in us from the time we are kids – by mothers, fathers, teachers, preachers, advertising and society.

Some of these beliefs are healthy. Some, are pretty messed up.

Yet, we carry all of them into adulthood. They govern how we make money, how we love, our happiness, our sex life, our very ability to grow — or stagnate.

Paradigms: Why we believe what we believe

Paradigms: Why we believe what we believe.

Because our beliefs become the reality we experience. Bob Proctor calls these beliefs “paradigms.”

Yeah! His name is Bob Proctor.

If you’ve watched The Secret, then chances are, you’ve probably heard of him.

Gentle, down-to-earth, immaculately dressed, and oozing wisdom with every sentence he pronounced. We sat down and got into an interesting discussion on “beliefs.”

And wow!

He completely blew us away. Watch what Bob has to say about shifting your harmful habits.

I’d love to say these beliefs are not your fault. Well certainly, those you adopted as a child weren’t. But what have you done about your faulty “paradigms” lately? And are you aware how they could be holding you back?

Bob has an idea. And in this free video and guided meditation, you’ll learn about paradigms and get a short meditation you can play to help you erase the ones that no longer serve you.

Click here to listen the FREE meditation–  it’s under 26 minutes long but carries a big power.

Paradigms. I won’t leave you at the edge of the fence. We have to go beyond our comfort zone to work with what we call “Neuroplasticity” or as we call it “NeuroplasticWork”.

Changing your reality – Changing our paradigms

To change our paradigms we have to change our habits. Habits are formed by repetition. The more we practice a new habit, the less time we have to practice an old habit.

Now, I am going to help you forming new habits. Consider the following sentence:

Changing your self-image is the most important thing you can do to change your current reality.

– Sandra Gallagher

Remember, you are using the same intellectual faculties that everyone else has. Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates, Bob Proctor … you have all of the advantages that they do.

The difference is simply that they have a more powerful image of themselves than you do. But, with some practice, you can change yours to match what YOU want for your life.

Visioneering or image-making is nothing new. You’ve done it all of your life. In fact, everything that has ever come into your life has come as a direct result of the image-making process. Just take a look at the results in your life to see if you’re using this powerful mental tool in the right way.

Unfortunately, generally speaking, most people don’t use their imagination effectively. Instead of visualizing what they want, they almost always create an image of themselves that keeps them right where they are.

You might think you already know all of this. But if you are not witnessing the good you desire in your own life, you simply do not understand the power—and in fact the necessity—of acting on these ideas.

So get started today. Make the time right now to become very relaxed. Let creative energy fill your consciousness and then build an image in your mind of yourself living more abundantly.

Now write a brief description of your image on a card. Begin your statement with, “I am so happy and grateful now that …”

Carry your card in your pocket and read it at least twice a day, until the image fills your consciousness.

I urge you to do this every day. Start seeing what is possible for you. I guarantee it will change your life.

As you see the changes starting to occur, write to us and let us know the exciting things that are happening in your life.

Now, let us discover one deeper method: When you impress an idea upon your mind and you spice it with a lot of emotion it goes to the subconscious mind. That alters the vibration of this instrument we call our body. The body is a molecular structure, is a mass of energy in a very high speed of vibration. Watch the video below to find one step deeper on how to change our subconscious mind.

Do You Want To Experience Happiness Today?

You will experience true happiness when you make someone feel happy. Especially if that person is experiencing problems, worry, anguish or is discouraged. You will heal your brain and will help that someone to stay healthier.

You see, all the most cherished things I’ve ever received and the greatest things YOU could ever give someone else involve just two thingstime and effort.  Notice that money is not one of those two things… because in reality, people don’t want more things, they want you. They want to be validated. They want to be loved.  And if you can make someone feel special, loved, and appreciated, they will remember that (and you) forever.

Time and effort.  And it can be a simple as a few seconds of both.  How long would it take for you to text someone and tell them how much you appreciate them right now?  Not long.  But they’ll carry that text (and how it made them feel) with them all day.

Here are some other no- to low-cost things you can easily do to make a drastic impact on someone else today.

1. Send someone a song on iTunes with a nice note.  For $1.29 you’ll make that person feel awesome.  Why?  Just because you thought of them and that’s what really matters most.

2. Make someone their favorite meal or dessert.  Random acts of kindness.  Who doesn’t love the gesture of being presented with their favorite food?  No one I know.  Even more appreciated is the time, effort and thought that goes into it.

3. Call someone randomly just to see how they are doing and let them know you’re thinking about them.  I know, that probably very rarely happens to you… and that’s the point.  Such a simple thing that will absolutely make that person feel special and important to you.

4. Spend some time.  There is no better way to show someone that you care than by giving them a piece of your day.  Have a conversation, go to lunch, watch a movie, laugh, enjoy life together.  This is where lifelong friendships are built and where relationships are deepened.  Give someone your time today.

5. Tell the people you love, that you love them today.  Sure, they may know it already, but who really gets tired of hearing they’re loved?  No one.  On the other hand, what’s really unfortunate is when people suppress such a powerful phrase on the assumption that they everyone already knows.  No.  People want to hear it, and hear it again; it makes a huge difference.  Let them know they’re loved…often.

Call someone

Remember, people will remember the experiences they have in life, the people they share those experiences with, and most importantly above all else — how you made them feel.

You see:

  • People may forget what you say
  • Forget what you do
  • And will remember how you make them feel forever

Make someone feel great today.  Go out of your way.  Spend a few seconds of your own time and effort today on someone else.  You’ll be surprised at just how great it will make you feel in return.

Brain Retraining Cutting Edge Technology

How The Brain Works

The brain is the most fascinating part of the human body. Not much to look at, it resembles a spongy mass of tissue. Feels like “tofu” and weighs roughly four tubs of butter. Our brain is actually made up of mostly water, and about 10% fats. While our brain only makes up approximately 2% of the entire body’s weight, it uses a massive 20% of our body’s energy.

The brain’s basic building blocks are known as neurons and we have around 100 billion of these… each with between one thousand to ten thousand connections to other neurons, creating neural pathways, or ‘roads’ within the brain. There are literally trillions of neural connections within the brain, similar to a city electrical power grid, information is passed along these roads through a series of chemical messages and electrical impulses. As all this activity takes place, our brain generates between 10 to 25 watts of power, enough to power a light bulb. Over the course of one day, your brain generates more electrical impulses from firing neurons than all of the telephones in the world.

So really, your brain isn’t just a spongy mass of tissue. It’s your most complex organ: a power station that connects your every thought, movement, and feeling and it’s firing right now!

The Brain’s Regions

While the brain is our most complex organ, its main objective is simple to keep us alive and achieve our goals. It does this by helping us breath, eat, walk and talk: the basic essentials to our survival. It is geared to search for any dangers in our environment and primes us to respond quickly. What’s more, our brain enables us to plan ahead, solve problems, experience emotions, store memories and communicate with others -all the things that makes us human. Our brain is the control center of our entire body, driving our every thought, feeling and action.

There are 3 main regions within the brain that serve a specific function as we interact with our environment:

  • At the base of our brain is the primitive region
  • in the middle the feeling region
  • and at the front and top of our brain is the thinking region

While these 3 regions have their own special function, they operate as one connected network to keep us alive and reach our goals.

The primitive region of our brain looks after those basic life functions that just happen automatically, like our breathing and heart rate. It also helps coordinate our basic physical movements, such as our balance, and posture. More than this, it plays a key role in scanning our environment to search for those things that may threaten our chances of survival. This helps the instinctual part of our brain kick into action automatically.

The middle feeling region of our brain plays a significant part in our emotional and social experiences through life. This is the part of our brain where emotions and impulses, such us anger, fear, and pleasure come from. It is activated when our primitive region detects a threat in the environment and triggers our fight or flight response. This region drives many of our behaviors and habits and help us form memories and attach feelings to them particularly when we experience strong emotions, such fear or happiness.

Lastly, the thinking region is the largest, and more highly developed part of the human brain. It stores our memories, allows us to plan, enables us to imagine or analyze a situation, find a solution, and communicate with others. It is the part of the brain where we can take control of decision making and emotion and override our automatic responses from our primitive and feeling regions. Our thinking region activates our likes, dislikes, hopes and ambitions. Those thoughts that make us uniquely human and different to all other animals on this planet.

These 3 regions of the brain work together to coordinate our every thought, feeling, and action.

Breathing: A Simple Way to Reconnect to Your Intuition

Life can easily overwhelm you. New responsibilities at work or at home compete for your attention. Even habitual responsibilities, like planning a birthday party, can become stressful when you feel overwhelmed.

If you feel like there are several things each day pulling you in various directions, there is one thing you can do.

This one simple — yet highly effective — exercise is something you are actually doing right now.

It’s a core function of life, yet you can harness this action, and use it to your advantage.

Yuo can create a long-term relaxed state of mind and body, no matter where you are located or how much stress you feel.

Breathing is essential to living. By improving your breath, you improve your life. Breathing relaxes you — no matter how much time you have. You don’t need to be in a special place to use the breathing exercises on this page. And you certainly don’t need hours of time, because you can complete every one of these exercises in less than five minutes.

You will also discover that this exercise will bring you many more benefits that include:

  • Releasing stress, and reconnecting you to your intuition.
  • Improving clarity in your mind, and ridding unproductive thoughts fogging your focus.
  • Letting go of anger, and the release of bottled up anger that will release in possibly hurtful ways if you do not let it go.
  • Clearing negative energy, and eliminating unwanted pressure, tugging at your being.
  • Releasing toxins from your system, and flushing out unwanted elements that will remain dormant in your body if you don’t detox.
  • Relieving pain and getting through it, instead of avoiding it.
  • Strengthening your inner organs, and massaging them so you can have improved circulation.
  • Improving digestion, and having fewer cramps, bloating, and other uneasy feelings in your stomach.
  • Strengthening your lungs, and having more stamina and confidence when engaging in physical activities.

Interrupt Overthinking with Cord Cutting — a Breathing Exercise That Packs a “Punch”

Do you feel completely overwhelmed and wish to create a “shocking” — yet much needed — effect throughout your entire body?

If so, you will love this breathing exercise from Tibetan culture.

It always works.

The Cord Cutting breathing exercise it essentially is just one-step:

  • Pit the heart by pounding your fist on your chest as you let out a loud, “HA!”

The “HA” sound is universal throughout every religion and culture. No matter who you are, where you are from, or what your age is, you can use the “HA” sound to connect with every living person in existence.

Generate Energy and Warmth Out of “Nowhere” With the Breath of Fire

Are you having trouble bringing yourself to having a relaxed connection with your intuition? The breath of fire breathing exercise will help. This increased heart rate inducing energy wakes you up, all while quieting the mind.

To quiet your overactive mind, and pull your energy from within, repeat the following steps:

Place one hand on your chest, flat, and slightly below your collarbone (see video below for exact location).

Place your other hand on your belly.

Rapidly breathe in and out of your nose, paying attention to the movements in your belly and chest.

When you are finished, end with an, “Ahh…” as you close your eyes.

Create Long-term Relaxing and Soothing Personal Experience with The Sign

Have you been experiencing irregular amounts of stress lately? Perhaps you are having trouble sleeping. The following exercise is wonderful for reducing anxiety and tension.

To begin, open your jaw, and inhale through your mouth until you hear a click in your ears.

As you do this, you will notice how your heart and throat expand as well.

Lastly, let out the air while making the sound, “Ahhhhhhhh…”

Repeat these three simple steps until you feel relaxed. The more you do this, the more you will train yourself out of your left-brain — flight, fight, freeze, and figure out state of mind.

See Sonia explain The Sign breathing exercise as well as an alternative method that uses your tongue.

Break Bad Habits with the 4-6-4 Breathing Exercise

Do you find yourself living in the same patterns each day?

Is there something you wish you could change, but just don’t know how?

With the 4-6-4 breathing exercise, you change your breathing to a pattern unfamiliar to you.

By doing so, you gain new insight and place yourself in a better position to break bad habits.

  1. Breathe in for four seconds.
  2. Hold for six seconds.
  3. Breathe out for four seconds.
  4. Hold for six seconds.
  5. Repeat.

By the end of the first circle, you will feel different. This is a good thing. It means you’re creating new breathing patterns that allow you to have new ideas.

Throughout this exercise, bring your attention to your forehead.

“The relaxation response is controlled by another set of nerves — the main nerve being the Vagus nerve. Think of a car throttling down the highway at 120 miles an hour. That’s the stress response, and the Vagus nerve is the brake. When you are stressed, you have your foot on the gas, pedal to the floor. When you take slow, deep breaths, that is what is engaging the brake.” (Esther Sternberg, Physician and researcher at the National Institute of Mental Health)

Living Your Life By Design Or By Default?

When we are children, we get our basic beliefs from our parents, our relatives and teachers. We set the foundation of our habits and we are molded by the environment that surrounds us. In other words, our default state.

Let me ask you an important question:

Are you living your life by design or by default?

Click here to see why this is extremely important to your financial success.

John is excited to let you try his technology for brain-imprinting. And he’s sure it will help you finally harness the power of the unseen world to create your ideal life.

But here’s the most important part most people miss: The law of attraction cannot work effectively unless you also follow the law of ACTION. Unless you put in practice what you learn and let your brain experience a different programming… one’s radically different from what you’ve been used to… nothing will change.

So please… be sure to take action and experience the technology with me.

Electrophysiology Research Shows Your Heart Is an Intuitive System*

Most people think their thoughts begin in the head. What most people don’t realize is thought begins in the heart. The reason why is thoughts are felt before they are travel to your brain.

If this all seems strange, it’s because it’s based on new research in electrophysiology — the study of the electrical properties of biological cells and tissues.

When you think about this research, it makes sense. Consider how animals participate in intelligent habits even though they don’t have a brain as developed as humans.

Have you ever wondered how certain animals can sense changes in nature?

Like how birds migrate?

Or how sea life knows how to navigate through the ocean?

Animals behave this way because they are in tune with nature. They use their senses to navigate, feel, and predict changes in nature.

We easily forget that we too are animals. Your brain is a powerful part of your body; however, science now tells us your heart is where thoughts originate. The benefit of reawakening your heart you’ll have a clearer channel of communication and thought.

Since you were born with this ability, it’s not as hard to learn as a new skill. It’s much easier to relearn something you already know. You connected your feelings to your behaviors as child because the world’s external pressures didn’t get to you overwhelm you like they do today.

You used to rely on your heart more than you do today. It is possible to reestablish that connection. Learn here how to do it!

Once you reconnect, you will have a better understanding of yourself, the world, and all of the millions of decisions throughout your entire life. It will make you happier and more successful, because you have the purest and ultimate thoughts possible.
